Edurion Tutors (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you visit or use our website https://www.eduriontutors.com/.
We operate in the United Kingdom and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Online Tutoring Sessions
All tutoring sessions are delivered online only and are booked in advance through our online bookign platform
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled sessions are eligible for:
- A full refund or
- A free reschedule

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable
This policy is in line with UK consumer law, which allows service provides to change for reserved time where short-notice cancellation prevents the service from being reallocated.
2. Tutor Cancellations
If a session cannot take place due to tutor unavailability or technical issues on our side, you wil be offered either:

A full refund, or
-
A rescheduled session at no additional cost.
3. Tutoring Packages

Tutoring packages are non-refundable once any session within the package has been delivered.

If no sessions have been used, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
4. Digital Products (PDF, Revision packs, Downloadable Content)
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is non-refundable once access or download has been provided, provided the customer has agree to this at checkout.
Accordingly:

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the final file has been downloaded.
5. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
For services booked online, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.
However, by booking a tutoring session that takes place within this period, you:

Explicity request the service to bein immediately, and

Acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the session has been delivered.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval is not guaranteed and remains at our discretion.
7. How to Request a Refund

Approval refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
